鹿久居島（かくいじま）は、岡山県備前市に属する瀬戸内海の島です。 GoogleMap →maps.app.goo.gl/F49CeZmPEMLPLoAA7 🟦SDGs14 海の豊かさを守ろう🐟 🟩SDGs15 陸の豊かさも守ろう🌳 岡山県内最大の島で、山がちの地形で手付かずの自然が残り、島内には野生の鹿が多く生息しています。 鹿久居島は本州から約800mの距離で「うちわだの瀬戸」と呼ばれている狭い海峡を挟んで向き合っています。 この山は本州です。うちわだの瀬戸の向こうに見えるのが鹿久居島です。　鹿久居島の先に見える大きい島は香川県の小豆島（しょうどしま）です。 17世紀、江戸時代には、岡山藩主の池田氏によってに鹿狩が行われていたそうです。 無人島として狩や林産の場でしたが、1770年に禁猟になり、その後は藩の御林とされたそうです。 鹿久居島の対岸の半島の尾根が岡山県と兵庫県の県境です。陽の当たっている方が兵庫県で陰になっている方が岡山県です。 遠くに家島諸島が見えます。家島諸島は兵庫県姫路市から沖合い約18kmにある島々です。 2015年に本州と鹿久居島を結ぶ備前♡日生大橋が開通しました。次回は備前♡日生大橋を紹介させていただきます。
