画面左側に見える大きな島は前回も紹介させていただきました鹿久居島（かくいじま）です。右側は本州、岡山県備前市日生（ひなせ）の町です。 🟦SDGs14 海の豊かさを守ろう🐟🦪 GoogleMap → maps.app.goo.gl/5iDSKgiwPxxAFWek6 本州の日生（ひなせ）と鹿久居島（かくいじま）の間には、うちわだの瀬戸と呼ばれる狭い海峡があります。 うちわだの瀬戸は波が穏やかで、牡蠣の成長に必要な栄養素、プランクトンが豊富なので牡蠣筏（いかだ）での養殖が盛んです。 日生と鹿久居島の間には全長765mの備前♡日生大橋が2015年に開通しました。 「♡」の呼び方は特に決まってませんが、備前と日生を結ぶ熱い思いと願いが込められ一般公募でこの名称に決定したそうです。 日生漁港では魚介類を中心とした「五味の市」が開かれ県内はもとより京阪神からの客で賑わっています。 日生のご当地グルメのカキオコも有名です。カキオコとは地元で採れた新鮮な牡蠣が入ったお好み焼きの事です。 牡蠣のシーズンは10月下旬〜3月頃なので、その他のシーズンは「かき氷」付きのエビの入ったお好み焼きで「夏季オコ」です。どちらも美味しいので是非食べに来てください。
