The Isle MIGHT Have a Cheating Problem

I've seen a whole lot of cheating but this is a first for flyhacking for me. It's getting out of hand, the devs aren't doing much to change anything and admins are rarely ever on and even if they are, they never make it clear whether they are looking into it or not...

This is the main reason why I stopped playing this game. It takes literally hours to grow some dinos, and while I have no issue with dying in a survival game in general, dying to cheating losers is a waste of my time. I'm an adult with a job and a kid, I don't want to throw my hours into the trash. Back then on official legacy servers, I reported hackers several times, and they did something about it every time. One of my discord friends was perma banned from official servers for trying out speed hack just once. I don't understand why they decided to change their policies like this and now do absolutely nothing against the hackers. It really ruins this game for many players.

The cheating in the Isle is honestly what's killing officials the most. I can't play on community servers because all of them are hosted in parts of the world where I get atrocious ping. So my only other option is just to play against kos mixpack, megapacks or hackers. Neato. As a game I love the isle, but this is why I moved over to PoT, dying to something like this then not having it addressed or handled on a larger scale by the developers is insanely infuriating.

once, i was sitting in a tree as a herra in SP (i had just finished eating and was regenning stamina) a cera walked up, bit the base of my tree a few times, and made me vomit... it walked off for a few minutes, then walked back over and did it again 😑

There have been a hole lot of cheaters last time I played half a year ago. Every server had like 2 cheaters with stam, speed hacks. Also I got 1 shot by a juvie Utah once. I quit the game, because I know ones the first cheaters take the first steps in a game 4 times the amount will follow. Its always like that in every game. They find a mod menu that works and than they start sharing it within a few months

I agree, and they're mostly Chinese and Rus hackers. The issue is the accounts they use are throwaway ones, and I'm sure they have enough disposable income to just create/buy new accounts along with the game. The Devs are probably making a hefty sum from these players as well, so they turn a blind eye. Community servers with less people and money can somehow handle this problem, so I highly doubt a studio that made millions can't.
