Great video thanks. The drone footage going above the fog/cloud bank was amazing. The tide and sky was like a time travel journey. So inspiring. Well done on such an adventure away from the rat race.

We were on our way to this bothy today. Got a flat around 11:20. It seems like arranging any help from the rental company or aa is a wee problem. So we watched this video while waiting in the car for help, that hopefully will arrive tomorrow. At least we were prepared for a few days in the wild, so we got plenty of resources. Ps. Great snaps.

Cracking trip guys. A slip or two along the way but it was an inspiring way. Wow, I;ve never seen so many books in a bothy before. That's the Bothy version of Hay On Wye. Loved the fogbow. Mark

Looks like you could have done with some fuel for the fire, though a land rover to haul it there. Is great to see younger ones having the urge to get out there and back to a simpler way of being - man/woman kind not an automated slave in the system - well done you :-) Jura, the land of my fathers and the otter, my totem animal - how blessed you are xx

I'm very happy that we are considered young. The walk to this one is quite strenuous so the extra weight is not ideal but yes there is definitely scope for using an ATV (not sure a land rover would make it) or kayaks would be a great option. We definitely do need to get back in touch with a simpler more naturalistic way of life and these bothies are a great way to re-connect that way.

Joy and peace in nature, an abundance in love for the world and all it holds. I only see misery and poverty in the person that made the comment above.
