Greetings from New Albany, Indiana! Just recently discovered your channel and I have really enjoyed both of your perspectives. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Isofarian Guard. I am currently waiting on my copy, though I'm not sure what my excitement level is as I backed it at a time in my life where big campaign games hit the mark for me. Not so much the case any more as unplayed campaigns are piling up (Aeons Trespass, Midarra, Etherfields, Tainted Grail, to name a few).

Thanks for this video, it helped me decide this is probably gonna be a great game for me! I like the grind and battles in Tainted Grail and Sleeping Gods, so I think I will enjoy those parts in this game too. I love the bag builder thing, I don't have any other games with the bag building mechanic yet. And I think I will enjoy the story a lot too. (+ a 1-2 player game is fantastic for solo gamers) So happy there will be a reprint campaign 5 September (on Gamefound) Good luck with your experience points 👍

Whenever I look into games like this, I generally feel like I’d rather play it as a video game, especially if there is a large grinding element or a ton of reading.

This was so cheap at one point and I skipped it despite being on the fence 😢 well, you win some, you lose some. And it's not like I would have time für 100+ hours of campaign anyways... 😅
