Yes, and it always surprises me that the police in Providence issue tickets for one mile over the speed limit. A waste of their taxpayer's money.

And I bet people make fun of that poor disabled man. But look what he has done. Look beyond the disabilities, folks. This was a very heartwarming video for me. I am Italian, old, and still caring for my adult fully disabled son. I will love him forever, even though he cannot speak. He showers me with love in so many other ways.

1:10 I don't know how many of us noted Insp Quinn mentioning how voice of a mom can be heard even in chaos during childhood. It hit me hard. Sadly we ignore it when we get older. I miss you mom..!

My dad was stationed US navy in Napoli in the mid '60s. Man, those Neapolitans are the BEST!!! We lived on via Caravaggio, the smells, sounds, views, daily hubbub of thousands of people in tight quarters, yet a dignity and humor was over it all.

Go Sicilian-Italian 100% . God rest her soul. My noni, on my dads side, was full blooded Sicilian and would correct you if you said Italian. My grandpa, on my dads side, was full blooded German. They met here in the states and married had 4 half German/Sicilian kids. I am 1/4th Sicilian/German and the other 1/2 is everyrhing else. My noni was my world. She was my mother, father, friend, confidant, etc... I never got to say goodbye bc the 2 ungrateful kids that she had left didn't bother to tell me bc my mom divioced my dad, there brother. I live in the same state only 45 minutes away and i can't get to her grave site bc no buses run that way and a cab would cost me about $150 each way, which I don't have. She would have liked Judge Caprio, I think. RIP Noni Josie, I love and miss you very much.

To all of the young viewers, take note that the judge was a hard working paper boy when he was a kid ! Meaning, you can become anything you dream of in life , with hard work and a positive plan. ❤️🙏🏻👍

While heart warming, it's a different era in the past. You could find a home to buy in less than 5 years maybe on a decent job. Now? Even a 50k (average) income will need 20 years to get the house mortgage free. And forget houses, depending where you are, you'd probably only get an apartment.

+Tyson....You're absolutely correct!...He started out as a hard working paperboy, worked his way to Law School, became a successful Chief Judge, and now he can afford to wear an expensive Swiss Made Movato wristwatch!...He even mentioned at another episode that he also worked as a dishwasher!
