@@novacorps2468 There is a Song called “Maybe Your Baby” by Stevie Wonder from 1972 where he sings “Hee Hee” several times in the background. MJ was heavily influenced by Stevie Wonder who he called a “musical prophet.” Another fun fact Michael Jackson and (The Jacksons) are blood-related to Stevie Wonder. They’re 3rd cousins to each other sharing great-great grandparents on MJ’s mother's side of the family, Katherine. Confirmed by Janet Jackson herself which no one knew about.

Same with me! MJ was 5 years older than me, and I looked up to him and loved him my whole life! He was our TV, our entertainment, with J5 The Jacksons, or alone! When Michael died, my brother called me up crying (my brother is a year and a half younger than me) and we both cried on the phone and recalled memories of Michael on late night TV shows, cartoons, Award performances, Thriller, We Are The World, etc. MJ was a genius workaholic all of his life. He was AMAZING! The BEST! No one comes NEAR him, except maybe his Father in law Elvis, who I believe is the next best!

Maybe you noticed Jermaine wasn’t with The Jacksons here. Jermaine is who always co sang with Michael in J5. He is gone and youngest brother Randy is there. Randy technically had already been apart of J5 when he joined as a backup bongos player in 72 but after Jermaine left in 1975 when they left Motown and became The Jacksons, Randy was then put up front with the rest of the brothers and became more of a replacement for Jermaine.

Kudos to ya’ll Jumpin on the ‘heehee’! It’s as if that marked the end of his journey exclusively with his brothers, & the beginning of Michael solo career. The 2nd place the ‘hee’ is heard or more like ‘whooo’, in the high pitch is in the movie The Wiz with Michael’s role as the Scarecrow. The producers heard & loved that, & Mike meeting Quincy, seized the opportunity to approach the movie’s music composer producer Quincy Jones, about producing Mike’s’s 1st grown man solo project, & perused Epic records to agree to Quincy producing it. Next ‘whooo’? Don’t Stop til You Get Enough. Movie director Spike Lee produced: Michael Jackson’s Journey From Motown to Off The Wall. You might want to check that out. 👍🏾. Woa! Whas up wit cutting the video off? Yo, with no explanation!? Thas kinda whack!

Honestly, I like the music of the Jackson 5, but I'm more of a fan of The Jacksons' music. That's the name they adopted when they signed with CBS Records after leaving Motown. I'm more interested in The Jacksons' discography because that's when they began writing and producing their own material. It was also when MJ began to stand out as a songwriter and producer, and his brothers Randy and Jackie also distinguished themselves as songwriters.

All his brothers are talented and have their own merits, but I doubt that his brothers alone would have been as successful without MJ as the lead vocalist and main figure; even Joe Jackson was aware of this. As for the dancing, it was Michael and Marlon together who created the choreographies. There were also other choreographers like Paula Abdul for the Victory tour.
