Hey Man! I know you’ve probably heard this before. But I’ve made music since I was 15 I am now 23 and just got my studio equipment (finally) and holy shit man, your content is so much greater than anything I’ve ever seen or heard. I just want to say Thank you. I doubt you ever question your impact on people or your audience. But if you ever did, just know I’m out here keeping my hope because you are a coach out here. Thank you man.

What did you do to that pedal note guitar at the start? Reverb and delay, heavily compressed with a fast attack? And how is it panned? It sounds gorgeous even on its own, anyway. I imagine you can't use the pedal tone technique too often without people thinking your songs are too samey? Or as though it's a crutch? Or are we relying on most listeners not to critique it the way a musician might?

@@samsonlovesyou it’s a great question! Pedal tones are used often in a lot of music but don’t over use it. This is where the artist has to be an artist and figure out how much of what technique a song needs.

Also the guitar is compressed with stereo reverb and stereo delay
