Hopefully I will enjoy replaying this many more times over the days and years to come. I would be so pleased to hear this at the hour of my death. I could embrace death with courage, grace, a smiling heart and great expectations. Thank you.

震撼!泪奔! How should I greet thee? With silence and tears.
The spirit of the Han is enshrined by this piece about 玉门关: we are fighters, warriors, and survivors. Sacrifice of one for the greater good of all is the virtue of all warriors who fight to protect peace and justice from the doers of evil. “黄河沿上白云间,一片孤城万刃山,羌苗何须怨杨柳,春风不度玉门关“ link to understand the historic poem in Chinese that the piece was based on: baike.baidu.com/item/一片孤城万仞山. Interpretation of the poem that discusses the poet 王之涣 critique on the Tang Dynasty's corruption of sending off warriors to protect the borders of western China to sacrifice their lives for a corrupt emperor that does not allow them to return home to their homelands. The poem expresses frustration, remorse, and homesickness, a paradox of a solder defending the gates of the country that has casted them out of society. Overall, I would give my highest praise to interpretation of the music and lyric composer 金承志 on the epic poem's piece that was repeated in the last few stanzas of the song.
