It's a product from kickstarter, The metal fidget part is intended to be a Figet toy from the beginning It was indicated: "Please note that the metal slider is a detachable small steel plate and is only for play and decompression" in bold characters They have 2 types of Screwdriver, 1) Manual 2) Smart Torque Electric

The video I watched of one of these, not with Jakemy on the box, seemed to suggest that the slider moved forward to increase the magnetic hold on the bits! Mine is on it's way so not sure if that's true or not. They also showed that as a removable magnet so I never thought it was a ratchet.

U also missed one feature, in that screwdriver handle u got hole(That hole is hexagonal) and u can put that long extension through it(or any of the bits) and use handle in the horizontal way.
