Now those demons know how it feels when they destroy an entire beehive.😂

The biggest killer of bees is man and electro magnetic radiation frequencies eg. 5gh towers. Not good for man either! When a tower is installed near to a colony or hive. The bees die or abandon the hive.

My ass would be putting ten layers of beesuits because I don't have much faith in a single layer against those gigantic stingers

In Texas they deal with hornets by lighting the hives on fire. Do you ever do that? Or is it frowned upon?

@@rztrzt Not likely, for several reasons. One is that there are enough people like me who are interested in them, and would collect all the colonies before they had much of a chance to spread. In addition, in some cultures, the immatures are harvested, so they would become a new "crop" until they disappeared.

The thing about this species is that, at least as far as I've seen, it's generally ground-nesting.

What do you do with the larva? Do you feed them to chickens or something?

insect larva is what is being added into foods, 'milks' sold to humans to eat! called protein! Ask bill gates! Which humans cannot assimilate and is toxic. I'd rather eat natural foods designed for humans to digest.

I found one of these in N Arizona this year in 2023 spring time ish.... It had caught a smaller wasp and had it by the head. It was about 1 1/2 inches. Crazy big bug.

Have u heard that as well?? Neither of these mini birds are any kinda joke!! They're deadly- the African things are anyway and these hummingbird bees don't look like they're very friendly either. I'm allergic so the bee has always flipped me out lol I do believe u tho l I was being rediculous (Oh I certainly feel terror rite now but life is what it is lol--change what we can n accept the rest ya no?!) I was impressed that that much of the envelope remained intact upon removal from the ground, as this species makes rather fragile, brittle paper. The individual held between the man's fingers near the end of the video was a male (as evidenced by the long, black antennae)--males have no sting.

@@Willy2000ization Male hornets have weaker mandibles than females. I've handled the males of this species (Vespa mandarinia) with bare hands in Taiwan with absolutely no problem. About the only social wasp whose bite is to be taken seriously is the male of the giant paper wasp Polistes gigas (found in Taiwan, S China, and mainland SE Asian countries)--these wasps have large swollen heads to house the strong muscles that move the powerful mandibles which are used when the males battle each other, sometimes resulting in the death or one or both, and they are strong enough to draw blood if they nip one's finger (and stronger than those of even the females of the giant hornet). The females of Polistes gigas don't have these powerful mandibles--but of course they have a large sting!

Hornets are not pests! They are incredible pollinators of fruit trees and flowers! Part of man's food supply! Yes they sting in self defense. The biggest killer of bees is man and electro magnetic radiation frequencies eg. 5gh towers. Hornets eat pests too eg. Flies, caterpillars and beetles. And they are not aphrodisiacs! Why can't man live in harmony with nature? Mans response to some animal in the way, is to destroy it. 😢

Giant hornets kill whole hives of honey bees in just a couple hours. They are not pollinators, they don't spread plant pollen they just eat other insects and especially look for bees.
@ironhell813
@ironhell813 Жыл бұрын
Very few hornets properly pollinate anything the pollination is much worse quality, they’re very territorial and they decimate honeybees. They consume sugars from fruit that can be used to fertilize the trees. They’re not worth keeping. I used to work in a fruit farm and they destroyed our hives use for pollinating.

Just because they only sting when they feel threatened doesn’t mean they aren’t dangerous. All it takes is for someone or something to accidentally piss them off for innocent people to get hurt or killed. I agree they should not be completely eradicated in their native environment, but protecting the public is of utmost importance.
