This guy has dynamite in each hand. You can hear the pop when he lands a blow. His reflexes are like a tiger. He is quiet and reserved, and then the monster shows up, and it's all over. It's just a pleasure to watch him work.

Inoue has dropped more guys with a shot to the liver, than all the other fighters I've seen in hundred of matches put together. It must be horrifying for an opponent to know he's going to be hunting for your liver. I'm surprised he hasn't killed someone. If he does, and some fighter barfs out his entire blood supply in three seconds, he could single-handedly get the sport banned. That's how great he is. The best fighter I ever saw, and that includes my all time boxing hero, Roberto Duran.

Mike Tyson knows how difficult it is to get a KO in a light weight class. And in a class where speed is a weapon, it is abnormal for someone to avoid punches so much. However, he punches himself too hard and breaks his hand. The more weights he lifts, the more he destroys his fists. His opponent, Second, was suspected of having a rock in his glove, Mayweather was suspected of drugs, and Crawford was said to be the best boxer after Crawford. Mike Tyson calls him a monster. This is everything.
@ChristoFreeze
@ChristoFreeze 5 ай бұрын
Billy Bird was 140 welterweight most knockouts, Langford started in lightweight having top 5 most knockouts and Stribling top 10 all time. Knockout at lightweight is not hard just very few boxers have power and speed like a Manny Pacquiao who at 106 was a monster and beating Margarito at 170. You have a good point but most knockout boxers start as lightweights.

@@thesmuler5627 I love tyson but if Inoue was from the US with a natural huge body like Tyson I'm sure he was a superstar since way long time ago. I wasn't impressed when Tyson lost against a big underdog which will probably never happen to Inoue. Donaire was never 40, in the rematch he had just become 39 still beating up 2 younger Champs, the 1st fight was 36, just like Crawford 36 now and Pacquiao was also 36 when he fought Floyd. Inoue said he was too confident after the 1st round in Donaire1 fight he thought he'd KO donaire like he did in the rematch but everyone has holes. He made the same mistake against Nery lowering his right guard and got dropped

The opponent Kono in the green trunks gave him great test earlier in his career. Except Inoue was composed and calculating, and traded blows at any point. The opponent was tough but Inuoue was tougher. Way tougher. And just plain more mean. The Filipino contender slugged him with many haymakers. He was tough and could punch. But Inoue was again, tougher unendingly mean.

He likes to punch, he loves fisticuffs. He's by nature, a natural pugilist. He's love fighting. He relishes being in the Ring throwing blows. He punches very hard. He's mean. He has a wicked controlled bad temper. He loves the feel of his fists contacting, and more, the opponent. He has a CHIN and is not afraid to be punched. Notice his punches are pinpoint. He doesn't miss what he punches at. He is a finisher at the highest level. He attacks to total completion with total abandon. I think Tyson's calling him the monster is apt and accurate.

The monster has great footwork be surprised if he hasn't broken a few ankles. He puts himself where they can't see the punches coming,. He cuts off . the ring when pressing and walks right out when being press . He likes punching off the break or fighting out of the break. Seems like he has also mastered the rope per dope in the middle of the ring making big misses and shots that land he rolls em off or blocks them until they start to lose some power then unloads willing to take a shot to deliver a harder one. Yes he is solid looks like a blend of many champions making transitions easily, effortlessly draws on reserves when he sees his victim injured. He likes to fight and stand toe to toe for fun.

He's not a Japanese Mike Tyson. He is far more mature, and more intelligent, and his body type and boxing style is also very different. He's a very technical fighter with well-rounded skills, more of a boxer-puncher, not an in-fighter like Tyson. Tyson's style is built largely on the assumption that opponents will be taller and have longer reach, and he specialized in putting a lot of pressure on his opponent by getting into very close range and looking to overwhelm the opponent with speed and pressure them into making a mistake or simply use speed and power to overwhelm the opponent with offense at extremely close range. They both have good power with both hands, and they were both trained to a high level, and had a lot of knockouts, but these similarities aren't really enough to justify the comparison. The only way that they're similar is just that they're famously good at getting knockouts, and famously feared as a result, but there's really not a lot of similarities aside from those fact.

The Mexican is the type, 'every punch counts' but Inoue was ok with that, since he does the same thing, but more accurate. In the second ha1f of the 6th round, he had the look 'I thought I i was better than him but I might be wrong' look. In the 12th he nearly turned out the Mexicans lights. 20 seconds more and Inoue would have knocked him out cold.q1 And Toguchi was one tough dude, man.
