@@jaripekkajekunen2713 my best definition of hell is silent hill. No hell is worse than your own personal hell, with all your fears, shortcomings, surpressed anger, unreachable desires and anxiety. Maybe their disorder made them hard of hearing or they didn't care, as long as her aggrevation was directed outward and not inward towards them. I couldn't imagine the stress of watching my husband and two daughters die slowly of disease, in addition to being harassed into joining a cult by some of the neighborhood and maybe that light a neighbor put up was an absolutely wretched nuisance to her dying family members? Its very difficult to discern internal motivation when you can only observe external action, even trained psychiatrist and psychologist have difficulty with this. Cheers

Why was a lamp such an issue? Why didn't Mrs. Noise's family just buy thick window blinds (or rollable outside window blinds - those obviously cost a bit, but they're amazing)? I feel sorry for her, yet, I'm sure it took more than a lamp and a a couple children being children to make her terrorise her neighbours for 9 years, day and night.

Considering how thin all of the walls are in the homes and apartments in japan, this would be a friggin nightmare. Except, this wouldn't stand in the states since we've got a very different culture and all, she'd end up getting knocked the f^^^ out after the first day if anything.

I guess Japan doesn't have Peace laws? Here in the states if someone was a constantly nuisance like this, they would start getting tickets then arrested. ALTHOUGH, it's not super easy to get to that point because we also have protected hours where we are allowed to make noise (unless it's directly negatively impacting others in the neighborhood) This would be an easy case to win. The crazy chick would most like end up being evicted.

Still unclear how the lamp affected her family though. Seems to me she was just looking for someone to blame for her situation. How can she be so sure that her own noise making was not the thing that actually killed them, instead of that single lamp? If a lamp can cause this problem, why not constant noise? The way you solve a problem like this is by talking to the neighbor, and if that doesn't help, get a doctor involved to explain what the problem is (if the lamp really is the problem, I mean, why even this particular lamp, and not any other lamp?). If you are on good terms with a neighbor, they'll listen. This sad part seems more like a crazy person's sob story. She also needed therapy instead of a prison sentence. Maybe that all sounds a little harsh, but in reality we can only control our own actions. She decided to go down this route of terror, instead of caring for her family and getting therapy. She had no control over her family's death, or her neighbor's lamp. She tried to control it, and this is what happened. PS. Interesting video by the way, I like your stuff!

I don't know about that, when you see the state of mentally ills otakus/hikkomoris over there. I guess they don't have a culture of making fun of them publicly like we do here so they're less visible. Japanese slander/libels laws are actually really strong, in some case you can get in trouble even if what you say against someone is true. "A person who defames another by publicly alleging facts shall, regardless of whether such facts are true or false, be punished with penal servitude or imprisonment not to exceed three years or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen." tile.loc.gov/storage-services/service/ll/llglrd/2019670054/2019670054.pdf

Take a glass jar, crack 4-6 eggs into it shell and all, put in a heaping tablespoon of ground beef then piss in the jar. Then take the jar, close the lid loosely to let it "breath" and hide it somewhere warm (preferably outside) for 2 or 3 weeks. You should see it starting to foam at the top. Now you take the glass jar and throw it into their balcony/through a window or smash it on the front door step... They will be the ones moving shortly after that. Use wisely.

Do they not have BB Guns over there?? Everytime that Japanese Hippopotamus poked her head outside there would be a silent but painful reminder that her antics are a bad idea. The story about her family really is horrible in all seriousness but she also subjected her 2 loved ones to more noise and stress than anyone should have to endure. Who knows the effect that had on them? Bad neighbors can be a tricky thing but this is so over the top and horrible, I’m surprised she wasn’t taken away and committed. I figured Japan which has this image of being respectful, keeping distance etc, doesn’t have stricter laws for this sort of thing. If you are in Japan and reading this, just remember…BB Guns.

This is the female, mirrored version of the German Drachenlord from a distant parallel universe... there's no other way to explain it XDXDXD

So Japan just have no noise policies or anything? At a certain point being nonconfrontational or "polite" is just silly.

My Japanese teacher thought Mrs. Noisy was the funniest thing and she taught us “Hikkoshi! Hikkoshi! Sassato Hikkoshi!” We chanted it once after watching the clip and laughed our asses off.

well go read the back story of this, Im sure its not funny anymore when you read what these neighbors did to her disabled child. Im sorry your Japanese teacher was a person who cant see the whole picture and made fun of someone who was in pain. Im embarrassed that she is a Japanese teacher, as a Japanese person

@@interestingstufffromaround8014 it’s your signature thing! You have three of them.. Your intro “hmmm.. interesting” and when you say “how you doing, you okay?” and The Joker, throughout. I’m so happy I found you. No need to respond. ❤️
