I bought a JXV Work Tuff long handled bolo last year and it chews through standing green and dead 3-4'' trees and buckthorn with ease. The technique of "busting out" and prying out the chips when you get a deep bite works as well as what you had in mind in its creation. My only gripe is the front choil is quite sharp and pokey and has nipped me a few times, but its nothing an angle grinder hasn't solved. Some of Worktuffs choils are fatter and have larger and more pronounced appendage on the choil which would be better. This is because i have a 6'5 frame and large hands. I'm looking forward to a Jessmuk XL and i hope you can convince them to make them because i would be tempted to buy 2 if it were an 8'' or so with a bastard length 2hand grip like on the JXV.

I really like how this new WTG Jessmuk is using screw construction for the handle instead of pin construction, like how the old original LT Wright version of the Jessmuk had💯🔥

I just about had the money to get an original LT Jessmuk, then they disappeared.I was pretty stoked when you announced they would be coming back around. I just wish LT was making them again. But, I get it. If you want your proven knife design to be out there for the people to purchase it, you have to make sacrifices. An OD Green micarta handle with black liners would be an awesome variant to the lineup. I would venture to say, that would probably be your best selling option. If it was available.

@preparedmind101 I did see that. They're all out of stock. I really wanted the full-sized Jessmuk to be the replacement for my EDC Pathfinder Knife Shop belt knife that has a 5-inch blade. So the larger Jessmuk would be perfect.
