I went to college in Daytona Beach FL caught plenty sheep heads I moved back to Miami FL after college and haven't caught any since. Good to see this video brings back memories

Among your spices, you might try smoked paprika. Once I discovered it, I never bought bland paprika again. In fact, I keep a blend of it & cayenne in a shaker next to the s&p shakers!

Cleaning tip...Don't cut all the way thru...Just cut down to the tail and leave it attached just at the end...Then cut the meat off the skin...That way you don't have to grab it at the end and have it slipping out of your hand all the time...Hope that makes sense...

I remember as a kid freaking on sheepers, fishing off shore in Florida. I live in Ohio, so there is sheepers in Lake Erie, still love it.
