Nice video My Brother. I remember when I was in college broke and never wanted a hand out I would go fishing catch these and sell them to the elders in the community to make some money to pay bills. I went to college in Daytona Beach FL caught plenty sheep heads I moved back to Miami FL after college and haven't caught any since. Good to see this video brings back memories

Among your spices, you might try smoked paprika. Once I discovered it, I never bought bland paprika again. In fact, I keep a blend of it & cayenne in a shaker next to the s&p shakers!

We were at the packery last weekend and some girl was throwing her cast net at nothing in particular and BAM she had trouble pulling it out and we thought she's stuck on a rock but no she had a big sheep head in her net!! She asked what is it and is it any good, and we told her to keep it, she threw it back. UGH UGH UGH

HAHA great video!!! As far as cilantro goes I like it my wife hates it. Why? because it taste like Dawn dish soap to her. I thought she was crazy until I learned that in fact its a genetic thing. It really does taste like soap to some people! I love both lemons and limes....just depends on the type of each and how I am using it!

Cleaning tip...Don't cut all the way thru...Just cut down to the tail and leave it attached just at the end...Then cut the meat off the skin...That way you don't have to grab it at the end and have it slipping out of your hand all the time...Hope that makes sense...
