Your book cannot be the word of God and the Torah given to Moses because it contains contradictions and conflicting statements. The words of God cannot contain contradictions, and therefore you are following a religion that is not true. There is no true religion other than Islam, and there is no other book that is a true revelation from God except for the Qur’an. All others are counterfeit and no longer fit. 1. Creation of the World: • Genesis Chapter 1 describes creation in six days, with man created on the sixth day after the animals. • Genesis Chapter 2 presents a different version where man is created first, and only afterward are the plants and animals created. This seemingly indicates a different order of creation. 2. Who Saw the Face of God? • Exodus 33:20: “You cannot see My face, for no man shall see Me and live.” • In contrast, Genesis 32:31 states that Jacob says: “And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.” This implies that Jacob claimed to have seen the face of God and survived. 3. Duration of the Egyptian Exile: • Exodus 12:40: “Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.” • However, in Genesis 15:13, God tells Abraham: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs… four hundred years.” There seems to be a discrepancy regarding the length of time. 4. Who Killed Goliath? • 1 Samuel 17:50-51: David kills Goliath. • 2 Samuel 21:19: Elhanan son of Jaare-Oregim kills Goliath. 5. Where Did Aaron Die? • Numbers 20:27-28: Aaron dies on Mount Hor and is stripped of his garments there. • Deuteronomy 10:6: Aaron died at Moserah. There is an inconsistency regarding the location of Aaron’s death. 6. When Did the Plague of the Firstborn Occur? • Exodus 11:4: It is said that Moses spoke to Pharaoh, stating that the plague would come at midnight. • Exodus 12:29: The plague occurred “at midnight.” However, there are various attempts by commentators to reconcile the seemingly imprecise timings. 7. What Happened to Lot’s Wife? • Genesis 19:26: It states that Lot’s wife became a pillar of salt after she looked back at the city of Sodom. • However, in the New Testament, Luke 17:32 mentions this event as an example of disobedience without mentioning salt. 8. Who Counted the Children of Israel? • Numbers 1:1-2: God commands Moses to count the children of Israel. • 2 Samuel 24:1: It states that the Lord incited David to number the children of Israel, which was considered a sin and a severe punishment due to the census. 9. How Were the Languages Created? • Genesis 11:1-9: The story of the Tower of Babel explains that all languages were created when God confused the languages of mankind. However, earlier chapters mention different existing languages before the Tower of Babel, as in Genesis 10:5, 20, and 31. 10. How Many Animals Did Noah Take on the Ark? • Genesis 6:19-20: Noah is commanded to take one pair of each kind of animal onto the ark. • Genesis 7:2-3: Noah is commanded to take seven pairs of the clean animals and one pair of the unclean animals. This presents a contradiction in the instructions regarding the number of animals. 11. How Many Soldiers Did David Kill? • 2 Samuel 8:4: It states that David captured 1,700 horsemen and 20,000 foot soldiers. • 1 Chronicles 18:4: It states that David captured 7,000 horsemen and 20,000 foot soldiers. There is a discrepancy in the number of horsemen David captured. 12. How Many Warriors Were There from the Sons of Issachar? • Numbers 26:25: It states that the sons of Issachar had 64,300 warriors. • 1 Chronicles 7:5: It states that the sons of Issachar had 87,000 warriors. 13. Who Bought the Cave of the Patriarchs? • Genesis 33:19: It states that Jacob bought a parcel of land for a certain sum of money from Shechem. • Joshua 24:32: It states that Jacob bought the land from the fathers of Hamor, the father of Shechem. This presents two conflicting accounts of the purchase. 14. How Did Saul Die? • 1 Samuel 31:4-6: Saul dies when he falls on his sword after being wounded in battle. • 2 Samuel 1:9-10: An Amalekite claims that he killed Saul at Saul’s request. 15. Was Goliath Six or Four Cubits Tall? • 1 Samuel 17:4: It describes Goliath’s height as “six cubits and a span” (about 3 meters). • In a later version (in later books), there is a mention of a height of four cubits (about 2 meters), likely from speculations about the descriptions. 16. At What Age Did Ahaziah Begin to Reign? • 2 Kings 8:26: “Two and twenty years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign.” • 2 Chronicles 22:2: “Forty and two years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign.” According to 2 Kings, Ahaziah was 22 when he began to reign, while according to 2 Chronicles, he was 42. This represents a difference of 20 years, creating a clear contradiction. 17. What Was Ahaziah’s Mother’s Name? • 2 Kings 8:26: “And his mother’s name was Athaliah the daughter of Omri.” • 2 Chronicles 22:2: “And his mother’s name was Athaliah the daughter of Omri.” Both versions state that Ahaziah’s mother was Athaliah daughter of Omri. However, Omri was the grandfather, not the father of Athaliah, which causes confusion and creates a contradiction in the family lineage.”
@Mojojojo857572 ай бұрын
My friend there are many contradictions in the Quran as well… by your logic it cannot be the word of G-d either. Perhaps you should be atheist? What was man created from: blood, clay, dust, or nothing? “Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood,” (96:2). “We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape, (15:26). “The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: “Be”. And he was,” (3:59). “But does not man call to mind that We created him before out of nothing?” (19:67, Yusuf Ali). Also, 52:35). “He has created man from a sperm-drop; and behold this same (man) becomes an open disputer! (16:4). Is there or is there not compulsion in religion according to the Qur’an? “Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things,” (2:256). “And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage, - that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith,” (9:3). “But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful,” (9:5). Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued,” (9:29). The first Muslim was Muhammad? Abraham? Jacob? Moses? “And I [Muhammad] am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah in Islam,” (39:12). “When Moses came to the place appointed by Us, and his Lord addressed him, He said: “O my Lord! show (Thyself) to me, that I may look upon thee.” Allah said: “By no means canst thou see Me (direct); But look upon the mount; if it abide in its place, then shalt thou see Me.” When his Lord manifested His glory on the Mount, He made it as dust. And Moses fell down in a swoon. When he recovered his senses he said: “Glory be to Thee! to Thee I turn in repentance, and I am the first to believe.” (7:143). “And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; “Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam,” (2:132). Does Allah forgive or not forgive those who worship false gods? Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed,” (4:48). Also 4:116 The people of the Book ask thee to cause a book to descend to them from heaven: Indeed they asked Moses for an even greater (miracle), for they said: “Show us Allah in public,” but they were dazed for their presumption, with thunder and lightning. Yet they worshipped the calf even after clear signs had come to them; even so we forgave them; and gave Moses manifest proofs of authority,” (4:153). Are Allah’s decrees changed or not? “Rejected were the messengers before thee: with patience and constancy they bore their rejection and their wrongs until Our aid did reach them: there is none that can alter the words (and decrees) of Allah. Already hast thou received some account of those messengers,” (6:34). “The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfillment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all, (6:115). None of Our revelations do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, but We substitute something better or similar: Knowest thou not that Allah Hath power over all things?” (2:106). When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, “Thou art but a forger”: but most of them understand not,” (16:101). Was Pharaoh killed or not killed by drowning? “We took the Children of Israel across the sea: Pharaoh and his hosts followed them in insolence and spite. At length, when overwhelmed with the flood, he said: “I believe that there is no god except Him Whom the Children of Israel believe in: I am of those who submit (to Allah in Islam). (It was said to him): “Ah now!- But a little while before, wast thou in rebellion!- and thou didst mischief (and violence)! This day shall We save thee in the body, that thou mayest be a sign to those who come after thee! but verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs!” (10:90-92). Moses said, “Thou knowest well that these things have been sent down by none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as eye-opening evidence: and I consider thee indeed, O Pharaoh, to be one doomed to destruction!” So he resolved to remove them from the face of the earth: but We did drown him and all who were with him,” (17:102-103). Is wine consumption good or bad? O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (dedication of) stones, and (divination by) arrows, are an abomination,-of Satan’s handwork: eschew such (abomination), that ye may prosper,” (5:90). (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell forever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?” (47:15). Truly the Righteous will be in Bliss: On Thrones (of Dignity) will they command a sight (of all things): Thou wilt recognize in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss. Their thirst will be slaked with Pure Wine sealed,” (83:22-25).

@@Mojojojo85757 The Quran has no contradictions whatsoever. You should embrace Islam, as the religion you follow is false, and your book is full of clear contradictions that leave no doubt that it was written by humans, not from God.” Your question seems rooted in a common misconception that perceives variation in the Quran’s descriptions as contradictions. Let’s look closer: 1. What Man was Created From: The Quran uses different descriptions (e.g., “clay,” “dust,” “blood clot,” “nothing”) to describe man’s creation, reflecting stages rather than contradictions. Islamic scholarship explains that these terms capture various stages in humanity’s origin-from simple elements of the earth to the more developed stages of creation in the womb. Just as we say a person came from an egg and sperm but also from their parents, so too can there be multiple layers in describing origins. 2. Compulsion in Religion: The verse “no compulsion in religion” (2:256) refers to a principle of Islam-faith is a personal choice. Other verses about defending or fighting often refer to historical contexts, such as when treaties were violated or during defensive wars. They do not contradict the principle of religious freedom but instead illustrate the right of self-defense and the consequences of hostility. 3. The First Muslim: Islam, in essence, means submission to God. Figures like Moses, Abraham, and Muhammad all exemplified this submission, which is why they are referred to as “the first.” This is not a contradiction but rather an expression that each prophet was the “first” to embody true submission in their context. 4. Forgiveness for Idolatry: The Quran emphasizes that associating partners with God (shirk) is a serious offense, yet it also narrates examples of forgiveness for those who repent. God’s justice and mercy are not contradictions; they indicate that repentance and sincere faith are always met with mercy, while persistent, unrepentant idolatry is not. 5. Changing Decrees: The Quran clarifies that God’s decrees are ultimately immutable. However, certain laws evolved gradually to meet the needs of different communities and times, which is not the same as contradiction but rather the completion of divine guidance. 6. The Fate of Pharaoh: Pharaoh’s drowning is detailed to convey different aspects-both his physical demise and the survival of his body as a sign. Saying he was “saved” in body but not in spirit emphasizes his physical fate as a lesson, not a contradiction. 7. Wine in Heaven vs. Earth: The Quran forbids intoxicants on Earth for their harm yet mentions pure, non-intoxicating “wine” in Paradise. This isn’t earthly alcohol but rather a symbolic reference to the delights of the afterlife. Context shows these are two different things. Many perceived “contradictions” stem from taking verses out of context or ignoring the figurative language often present in the Quran. Islamic scholars interpret these verses by considering language, context, and holistic meaning rather than isolated literal readings. This approach shows that understanding the Quran requires more than surface reading-it calls for context, background, and knowledge of linguistic styles. Let me know if you’d like more on any point!

Dancing and people are dying. God hates evil. Karma😅

It's not the fault of the people who're dancing, that people are dying. The people at Nova festival were dancing too. Let them enjoy their Simchat Torah: a time to rejoice and a time to mourn. The defiance of the various communities of Israel is admirable and impressive. It braught me joy even through the screen. Hopefully soon, many more people in all the Levant and broader area willl dance and rejoice, once they can look towards a more free and secure future. Jin, Jiyan, Azadî! Karma.

@SCBotanicals: Oooooh, another buzz word, conspiracy theory, soon reaching the blood libel further down the rabbit hole. I've read the H*m*s chartas and have seen what was done. It speaks much louder then your antisemitic lies and brain gymnastics.

So what are you doing every day while people are dying? Walking around miserable? This is an important celebration of the Jewish faith they are celebrating the word of G-d. People are dying every day, I don’t mean to sound harsh, but life does not stop because of this fact. You say G-d hates evil then you talk about karma…. Karma is Hinduism my friend, Buddhist… it’s not a teaching of G-d. You are all over the place. They are celebrating Torah, not death. Have some respect.

So I have a question.. do women celebrate this holiday too?
@mevslife30802 ай бұрын
Yeah but I don't think to the extent women do since they are not obligated to study torah
