That Jewish guy looks very sweet, humble, and like any other guy of his age that just wants to enjoy himself with his friends. Also, he has been very generous and kind in guiding the KZbinr through the area, congratulations to his parents for how did they raise him. It´s a pity how overprotective people are in their community, sometimes unnecessarily - as when they were kicked at the butchery.

It's funny as an Englishman with a kid now. I swear all of the youth have this same affected London accent. I was expecting him to sound Geordie but it's this cultural thing as much as regional now. Fair shout

P.S not Jewish myself but have met Orthodox Jews at my uni in the summer where they have a yearly conference. They are shy but will talk to you if you make the effort. They speak with a slight accent though (yiddish or Hebrew ). I have also met them at a nature reserve near my home. Families arrived in minibuses in the evening. I had a chat and they said they came in evening as the kids got self conscious at people staring. I don't think it is ostracism but curiosity at the 19th Century style of dress. I've worked all over the world though and love meeting people of different cultures. What is that Bamba stuff?

It’s extremely difficult. On one hand the Jewish community want to be open and welcoming but on the other hand we have never ending anti Semitic hate which makes it difficult to welcome strangers into our community. It really upsets me to see Jewish people fleeing the uk out of a fear of antisemitic abuse. In London there is a place called Edgware where a large population of Jews and Muslims live side by side, and it’s not just these two religious groups, many Indians and Pakistanis live there too in peace. People talk about cultural differences all the time but this one place inspires me so much as it shows how at the end of the day we can live and work together in peace. ✌️✌️✌️

In any religious Jewish community it's very hard to get anything videoed because people have had bad experiences with those documentaries against Jews so obviously they get very scared.

Where is the snow? How come Newcastle has had snow for the past week, maybe you filmed this before then. Don't the Jewish in Gateshead have some sort of street festival, I'm sure I seen a video about that on YT

Maybe, I dont reckon it would go on during the lockdown anyway. My videos are always a few weeks behind as KZbin is not my job so I film when I have the time. The Iraqi Kurdistan series, for example, was all filmed within two weeks.
