That was probably a way to try to make his interviews inadmissible in court.

They can't broadcast the audio "confession" because it's contempt of court. It creates a substantial risk of serious prejudice to the case.
@justinmiller52805 жыл бұрын
"Contempt of court" refers to the disobedience of one to follow a court's orders. I am not sure how the playing of this audio tape would fit that definition. That being said, I am sure there are other defenses that will come up which object to the tape's use.

prejudicial to the jury pool.
@JohnDoe-gk7ok2 жыл бұрын
By that logic, they can never allow video confessions into evidence because they would prejudice the jury. Now maybe they will argue that he was high on meth and didn’t know what he was saying.

That has absolutely nothing to do with contempt of court

I actually think he was saying "Kill them all" referring to the film makers. The same way he did Berman - once she knew too much, he offed her. I think the previous parts were confessions, but the "killed them all" is "kill them all", and was essentially a threat to those taping, to cover his tracks - like he'd done so many times before.
@doubllechief70346 жыл бұрын
No, you're wrong, he clearly says "killed". He's answering a question he asked himself in the past tense, "what the hell did I do?", "killed them all, of course".
