I'm glad to see that the SmithWorx crew got their tee shirts. And I can't believe it Karley worn some boots and she didn't even get them muddy.😂 I noticed that the oldest one I think you called him Bubba sure can work the Dang Dang 💪🏻 and the youngest he's not scared to work. He packed the dirt better with his hands than you and Jimmy did with the heavy duty packer.🤣 Now that Karley can pull a goose neck she's ready for your big rig with the 313 on the trailer. 👍🏻 With Karley and the boys and of course Jimmy you have the best crew out there! Heck teach Karley how to run the 313 and you can just Supervise. It was great to see Karley out there with the boys letting them have fun. Lindsey you remember what I told you when I first subscribed to your channel when you let the boys on the equipment? Well you are now my Hero for sure! Be Safe Out There!!

The oldest is Bear and the little one is Beau. They are some hard workin young men. I asked karley if she wanted to pull the 313 next. She's not interested just yet 🤣🤣 Maybe in another 10 years, I can ride around and just supervise all day lol

Man that's the hardest part. I wish I had somebody to just go and bid jobs for me. You just have to start small and figure out how much your time and energy are worth. I still struggle with it lol

Yes sir it is to me the hardest part of the job. I was in tree service for years and I tried to work in my home town and stay out of Tulsa but the money was in Tulsa I guess.
