Some of the best business advice I've heard is that your employees can never be as passionate about your enterprise as you are and you shouldn't expect them to be. It's the top guys job to translate his passion into a vision others can get behind. Hopefully you give someone the opportunity to pursue their passions and the two of you can find common goals to work towards.

Being a West Coast baby now living in the Bronx, I really appreciate the honesty and props you gave Kendrick. Moving to New York was a really big culture shock for me, I have family all over the states never thought of us being separate just because we live in different parts of the country. Then when I heard Puerto Rican and Caribbeans say Kendrick wasn’t hip-hop because he’s not from the Bronx, that blew my mind. He most definitely bringing black Americans together in Cali, but KDOT has always been for black culture, not only on the west coast. There’s so much going on no one knows but no matter what part of the United States you live in, Black Americans are all family. We have shared the same culture and experience for hundreds of yrs here in this country and that makes us all the same.

How they gonna tell an ethnic Black American they not Hip Hop when it was created by people from our ethnic culture? If anybody not Hip Hop they talking about themselves. A lot of ethnic Black Americans migrated out the South to the North, East and West and they took Black culture with them. Kendrick was born in Chicago and raised in California but before that his roots are from the South like, Kanye, JayZ, Nas, 50 Cent, Snoop etc…just like the earlier pioneers of Hip Hop.

Having a music video is not dragging anything; that’s so basic. The goalpost is now shifting because Drake suffered a massive loss. Drake shot a music video for Family Matters, mid beef even before the winner had been declared. Kendrick not dragging anything; he hasn’t been posting on IG, trolling online or anything , the record resonates with people makes perfect sense to have a music video.

to flip's point (in a way), let’s remember that when family ties dropped in 2021, joe made an announcement on the pod that kendrick vs drake was soon to happen. fast forward to today and joe's words were all confirmed

The whole thing is tired now, regardless of who won. Let's be real, the ONLY reason this is getting this much hype is because there isn't anything going on in entertainment news at the moment

This is so crazy to me. Drake drug & humiliated Meek. But now tables turned… “Kendrick dragging it out” I would too. On behalf of all Drake talked about in his songs disrespecting their significant others he got get back for EVERYBODY. Hits are based off popularity & how Grammys are given. Damm Drake.

If you watch any episode of Joe speaking about Kendrick and Drake he definitely prophesied the entire situation almost down to the day between him and what’s the dirt they called this rap beef before the world knew it was going down they should link up and do a episode

And he never let's anyone, especially Mel, finish a thought. He thinks he is sooo smart but comes off as childish🤷♂️ Some book smart people often lack common sense social skills.

The Drake you knew before this battle isn't going to be the same Drake you see now. In every major rap beef, the looser is never looked at the same.
