This was a really interesting character and without spoilers, I loved the 'dramatic moments' near the end. Clearly, those two bodyguards of yours must have originally been trained in a school run by Sarge. They completely caught me off guard with some of their actions haha. Interesting thought. On one of your other video you said about maybe putting a US Embassy on the island. One way to get some kind of LEO participation on the island in a way that would be a bit different would perhaps be a detachment of DEA-equivalent officers on the island. Think first couple of seasons of Narcos.

Coast Guard or Customs would be able to search any boats or aircraft arriving into the Los Santos/San Andreas waters or airports... Military (in my opinion) would be overkill to go after fast boats or small planes running things... would be really cool to see more Customs or Coast Guard with interdiction airplanes, helicopters, and boats...
