Cool content, don't want to coach you, but what stood out to me is how fast you do every rep and how little you try to control the eccentric parts. Try slowing down a bit, time under tension is more important than reps. :)

nah you all good brotha, I know about the time under tension and that is what I was doing when I was training for muscle growth recently. Now that I am focusing on strength I still keep the tension there to a degree but don't really focus on that with my current stuff. Thank you for the feedback though!
