Actually I have also started speaking English speaking due to office requirements and I have been working with my speaking skill as well .

Actually another thing that we don't have time for speaking but I got one idea when we returned home from the office and tried to speak with an English tutor when telling some thing and i repeat same after starting 15 days we got confidence i will learn ....and its really helpful for us .

You both are good. not only good . have gooD command at fluently. m agree with you both that reading is different from speaking because In Writing is used difficult words to make a sentence. When we try to use those sentence in speaking. it is not to easy. But Lisenting something n watching some videos whenever use face expression in that videos it is too effective to improve our skill.
