Wow, that was a quick episode. I am trapped at work and I was late arriving. My word for 2024 is "Communicate" Clarity in what I am saying, intentionality when I am interacting with others, and listening more. Communicate.

I’m trying to decide. Right now I’m leaning between Focused and Strategic. I need to be both and one can help with the other. I want to accelerate my business but I need to put systems in place to do that. Being strategic can help me do that. Hmmmm. Maybe that’s my word. Strategic.
