Really unique point of view from someone who simply likes and enjoys Atmos ( surround ) music but for much longer than most. Looking forward to more reviews as I started room treatment for Dolby Atmos and I'm still wondering if without the movies it will be justified.

Thanks for an interesting video. For me it's clear that you and John Darko are both sort of right. You are an entusiast so all of the "problems" are ok for you. But I think his pont is that it won't go mainstream and be a big deal to most people. It's for us to much hassle, not enough titles and to expensive to do right. I left multichannel a long time ago and will probarbly never go back. 2-channels are allways gonna be enough to get a great experience and allmost all music in the world are at my fingertips by a click of a button.

He knows nothing, He is not a paid shill. Just ignorant has no knowledge of the evolution of the recording industry and the media it produces for sale. He won't spend $12 and buy a SACD with the SACD equipment he is sent to review. Then he does a poll with comments turned off about who buys SACD. Coward. It is not about who wins a popularity contest it is about what is more superior Dark Side of the Moon 30th edition on SACD or the 50th anniversary edition on Atmos and Blu-ray. Listen to Billy Joel The Stranger on Multichannel DSD SACD. Then listen to the Apple Music spatial crap of the same recording. No comparison. I like what you are doing "downloading" DSF, PCM and FLAC multichannel recordings for the best ever sounding recordings. You have to listen to the 7.1 channel Bob Marley FLAC as well. Do you use a Eversolo to listen to multichannel DSD / DSF, FLAC or PCM using the HDMI audio out into your processor. Simply the best way to go.

Yes I would love to get an eversolo but at the moment it’s Roon for 5.1 and Zappiti media player for bluray audio
