Yes you are right, and I hesitated to write "Golden Freddy" instead of "Hallucinations", but Golden Freddy is in the come back scene, not in the level itself, what really kills you are hallucination (personnal opinion, but maybe you are right). In addition, come back scenes give us some information about the story of the game, but doesn't mean that is what kills you in the level that you are playing. For example, in the come back scene of the livingroom, we have the point of view of a monster, with foxy's hook and Freddy's nose : I think it's Creation, it's the point of view of Creation during level 5, but it doesn't mean that is creation that jumpscares you in the level 2. I don't know if what I said is clear or not.
