Trade is currently being finalized after more reports have come out. jeff passan has pretty much confirmed its just the medicals a decision will be made on december 7th or the night of december 6th. Grisham is a gold glove center fielder. His bat may be hit-and-miss, but he can swing it when he wants to, and he's a lefty.... but you'll want him in center field....

He’s a great 4th outfielder. Lefty and short porch will treat him nice. I think he’ll put together a nice season in the Bronx.

Only thing I'm excited about is he grew upidolizing Bernie Williams and Robinson Cano, hitting right with judge and rizzo around him or Stanton if not rizzo will give him great stats (especially with the short porch) I look for him to want to stay

The Yankees need to get Juan Soto from the Padres. Yet, they should trade Clarke Schmidt instead of Drew Thorpe or Michael King. Trading away the two top tier pitchers for a one year term player is scary.

@@JoTalksYT At the end of the day the agent doesn’t matter. Boras also represents Cole & Rodon. If he gets traded to the Yankees and he likes it, they will make him a fair offer and he will stay. Theres no way they are making this trade without having the intention of retaining him long term. Just because he is a Boras client doesnt mean he will go to a team like the Marlins just because they outbid everyone. He’s going to be getting crazy money, and all teams will probably offer him a number around the same ballpark. For the best interest of his client and himself he wants his client to hit free agency, but at the end of the day it’s the client’s decision which is why the Yankees should do everything in their power to make him like it here if he gets traded.
