How have you used your empath abilities in the past?
@anjithaa4521

I didn't use to have any healthy boundaries and I tried to please everyone by sacrificing my likes. But now I am better able to love myself and understand myself more than I have ever done. I think when we do this shift, we are actually shifting from our Fe to Ti. Because now I use Ti and in my past I rarely did. Anyway thank you so much for your advice.☺💖

Yes, but I never use it to read people. I use it to help connect and allow others to connect. I also use my intuition to guide me to places with confidence in my success

😁LoL all I do is profile / predict people's behaviour. Then again, I'm a cognitive empath so profiling is only inevitable.

My empathy has served me well as a teacher. My students found me supportive even when they didn't understand at the start. I chose a patient behavior when I saw students struggling - I remembered what it was like when I was their age! 🙂Empathy helped me practice the Golden Rule: "Treat others the way you want to be treated." In fact, I remember a third grade girl who was flunking math when she transferred to my class and she ended up getting on 91 on her state test at the end of the school year! But I also found out that being empathetic doesn't always guarantee a positive response from some people. The best thing I could do was just practice the empathy that I had and not attach my self-worth to how they responded. (Emotional boundaries) It took a while to learn! Some people won't respond, no matter what. I believe this is in agreement with what you've been telling us here. We empaths are both strong and vulnerable - and we need self awareness and self-respect to keep ourselves on track. This video certainly can help us do that.

So I guess being an empath is more of a gift to yourself rather than it is for other people. you learn through other people's experiences and their way of being, which can be felt as your own, and helps you grow to be a better individual: a beacon of light. 🌞🌞🌞

I am so grateful for your content! So many others explain the hardships of the IN FJ and make it seem like we are in this constant vicim state where there is nothing we can do. Life will be horrible..poor magical infjs.. This is such a RELIEF to be taught how to use our abilities, of becoming who we are born to be and how to grow and thrive!

13:20 It is entanglement, not a relation. I was so good at entangling myself deeply and not caring about myself much (almost erasing myself from the picture) while the other person most likely did not because our prime response is to be a "savior" and you can only save yourself and this attracts narcissists and all kinds of people with "malfunctions" because we ourselves are not adapted to this world and we learn the hard way or at least, I did. And what I said is even more true if you did go through childhood traumas to top this off. Now I understand based on my past experiences that to save myself is part of taking care of the world and not the other way around. I usually do not comment because I am busy taking care of being myself seen since I still am a ghost so I don't have time to comment much so this might be my only one. I must add that you have a "juicy" channel (full of validation for me) because I really enjoyed the first 6 videos I watched so far and I already know that I'm at the right place to get the validation I need, thank you.

Wenzes your content is amazing and i agree with the empath mastery. I think on an earlier video you said that the first part that gets created from the stack is our NI ability because we observe a lot. I think my Ni is super strong because I stuttered my whole life and while i was growing up i did not speak a lot but i observed a lot of people. Now i enjoy it so much that i can walk in a room and can literally feel every bodies feelings. but now i am working on putting up boundaries to control what i feel because not everyone's agenda is good and to block out those feelings and that is exactly what you are talking about today. Thinking of myself first makes me feel guilty. but like you say if i practice it it will become better. Just on a side note i love being an INFJ and having thins power with this internal world.. love ..love .love it..

THANK YOU SO MUCH for explaining this. I have spent way too much time and gone way overboard on patience trying to explain or convince, waiting for certain people to see what is obvious to me. Exhausting and frustrating. If they can't see it they can't see it. So much of self-care seems to come from confidence, and has a prerequisite of confidence too.

Thank you Wenzes! That was really mind opening for me. I realized that there are people around me who suffer because of how they perceive and interpret the world and I am trying to help them, but my explanations of how they could see things differently are always ignored. I was frustrated about this every time. I see that my ability of making my own "best" interpretation of reality isn't the skill that everyone has. Still my ability has limitations and can make me stay in bad situations because there is always a bright side of everything I see :). That was my lesson for today and I am going to remember it!

My papa invite relative without telling us he invited a guest and because you know we are in the middle of the pendemic I say him idiot for doing that because you know how much dangerous and contagious is this virus is and he don't like to call an idiot but in flow of anger I scold him and said he shouldn't do it and then he gets angry but after that I said sorry to him but still he is angery to me. Can you suggest what I should do after this?
@nobodyknows3260
@nobodyknows3260 3 жыл бұрын
I know you still think you're right. It is not the best idea to invite guests right now. And you apologized, even though you know you're right. At this point, you did all you could do. You are not responsible for other people's feelings and you can't control them. When you depend so much on other people's feelings, that's not good for your confidence or well being. You should only feel responsible for your own actions. If you think you were too harsh, you could try again to apologize and explain that you lost your temper because you were scared and you didn't mean to hurt anyone but just tried to protect everyone. But if that doesn't work, know that it doesn't depend on you, it depends on the other person. You don't have to make everyone happy all the time to your own expense.

I’ve been asking you for a while if you had a spiritual practice without a response rom you, please don’t take offense, it’s just you seem to have knowledge beyond human understanding about INFJ’s, .. If you don’t answer this time I will assume that you are one..
