I defer to Oliver as the teacher but here's some stuff I learned about working with Hangul/Korean: Don't think of ㄹ as having a strictly R or L sound; it's somewhere in between the two. It seems like consonants are pretty soft in Korean, you're never hitting the R or L sound too hard. Same goes for the other 'ambiguous' consonants: ㅂ can be B or P in a pinch,ㄱ can have a soft K sound, ㄷ could pass for T, ,ㅈ can sometimes have a CH sound. You should also look up how the consonant blocks are formed; every block must begin with a consonant. However, we know that not every syllable starts with a consonant, which is why we have that null consonant ㅇ. One of the biggest hurdles for me personally is the compound vowels, like with EXID's Jeonghwa, the "hwa" part is spelled like 화, but if you pick apart the letters, you'd think it would be spelled like "hoa". Because there's no W consonant, a lot of the W sounds you hear are compound vowels.

The funny thing is that both group managers were there for V and Jennie lol, there were like 3 managers there. So at least they had people to hang out with too lol. Yeah E'last sucked, only thing i can do is laugh about it anyways so youre good honan lol. Chan also even admitted he could be being a boomer about it, he tried to make sure it seemed like a not a big deal. I think its just a small slip, hes usually a very aware and thoughtful guy. And ultimately i dont think 90% of blame lies on him. Just sucks.

Also I do really hope miru gets the screentime she needs because if she's allowed it she can use her charms as Oliver said. She's one of the most intensely likeable people I've seen in produce seasons. It seemed like she was best friends with everyone on p48. I think Honan is conflating how much he likes Eunbi and Yenas stuff with how successful they are lol, Yuri sold significantly more than Eunbi on her debut and first EP (like double the amount, 100k), only one they were even close on was Eunbis 3rd EP and Yuri's second single, and Yuri still outsold by several thousand and actually has landed on the charts unlike Eunbi. Of course no one touches Yena on that but as of right now Yuri is the 2nd best performing soloist.

​@@AvaPlaya13 Did not know that. Eunbis music is so good I just assumed she was doing the best outside of Yena lol. I am happy to know Yuri is doing really good as well

@@Gusmcarthur yeah for sure, I also think eunbi's music is the best so far of the soloists even though yenyul was my bias line. As of right now it generally goes Yena>Yuri>Eunbi>Chaeyeon for sales, although Chaeyeon has achieved the 2nd highest chart position of any of them with Knock (after smiley obv) so we'll see where her sales go after this comeback.
