THE KAMPALA FLYOVER PROJECT AT 80% FINISHING STAGE

The Kampala Flyover project is at 80% progress of works and very soon the project shall be complete and open for public use.
This flyover project comes with a widening of roads, a flyover bridge to be used by pedestrians and improvements on the road junctions to mitigate the heavy traffic flow in the city and to also allow faster flow of movements.
Speaking to the spokesperson UNRA Allan Ssempebwa, the project was estimated to end last year but the delays came in due to some challenges.
The Kampala Flyover project strictly connects around kibuye, Nsabya-Ggaba road and then heads down to Kibuli towards Mukwano road.
This project kicked off in 2019 with intentions of curbing congestion and the heavy traffic flow within the city areas.
