Actually, no. Cozmo CE stands for: Cozmo Collector’s Edition. He has a solid black body, but I suppose it does make him look like Vector. Either way, he is another version of Cozmo. Just like Cozmo Limited Edition. BTW, this robot is blue. So, I conclusion, there are actually 3 versions of Cozmo but neither of them is Vector. Vector came out in 2018. Did I explain well enough for you?
