i hope not, also don't hope for the remake team to be involved as well. That remake had some good moments but it wasn't a good movie overall, as for Cobra Kai it started well but became a teen drama rather quickly couldn't even finish it because of how much teen drama was in it. I hope they have new writers and good writers that will focus more in the martial arts aspect and less in teen drama. Cobra Kai is overhyped, good fights but mediocre story.
