Yeah. I like it a lot too. Plus ending it with this song was the icing on the cake. 3 left a bad taste in my mouth though. I always wondered what happend to daniel in that movie, did he forget all those killer moves he learned over the years when he fought barnes? I wish he would have had a flash back in part 3 and show some scenes from 1 and 2 he learned in that one moment and unleash on Barnes at the end of 3.

Agreed, Karate kid 3 didn’t make sense, In KK2 Daniel beat Chosen in a real fight, and Chosen would have easily kicked Mike Barnes ass, so it didn’t make much sense why Daniel struggled in Karate Kid 3 against Barnes, the movie series is out of order , if they switched 2 and 3 in the trilogy it would have made more sense

I remember the first time I heard this song, back during early August of 1986, up in southern New Hampshire (visiting a good friend, as I'm a Boston guy), after watching this movie in the theater, at 11 years old. I was mesmerized, and speechless with rapture! God, this song brings back so many great and awesome memories of a time and age that we will probably never experience again (at least not on this plane of existence). So glad I got to experience that time, and that era, thus providing me with this amazing and spellbinding experience to draw from, and seek inspiration. What reverie that is engendered, and what euphorically nostalgic recollections this divine song helps bring about, sublime and feel good as those feelings of reflection are, and that those better times truly were! Ah, those were the days.......................back when I was ensconced in this carefree and innocent bliss.
