Dutch is a less control Johnny or Johnny is a calm headed based Dutch. His kick that scored that point and after his 1st point and slowed down....that was a great way to play with your opponent's head.

It's a shame that they cut out the full scene with Dutch, considering the buildup. In the full scene, after Daniel gets the first point, Dutch flips out, attacks Daniel and gets disqualified. I think they did it, honestly, because even with all the Dutch stuff left on the cutting room floor, he's the most memorable character and was just tremendous. His stuff with Daniel would have been in danger of overshadowing the main conflict with Daniel and Johnny. You can see the original plan for the scene in the rehearsal video. Originally it was Vidal who gets him disqualified. But in a featurette that I cannot find now, you see it was Daniel he attacks after the point in the finished product.
