You are right in saying BJP is looking ahead in Kerala . But their biggest priblem is the lack of a mass leader there and a few generations of left prominence. With the new generation who have more awareness of what's going out of the state, the wind is shifting. The Christian community, who are major vote bank for congress, is shifting to BJP where they see a progressing support for them. Of course, the major vote banks of the Communist ,the Hindus, are now thinking about the move to BJP, and all BJP needed is a mass leader. The reason for mass representation for Modi rallies and programmes is due to this, and BJP, as well as the BJP, knows this well. 2024 BJP may get 2 to 3 seats, but there is nothing that is going to stop them in obtaining more than 10 seats in 2029.

If Print needs to make a mark in South, it should definitely go for a more nuanced approach. Its CPI (M) and INC are going out of the way to please Muslims. Even Hamas was called a freedom fighter, and Shashi Tharoor was silenced for taking a balanced view. Its very sad that we condemn and hound out a whole community for the misdeeds of a few of their members. This has to be condemned. There is a law n prosecution should do its job. Not politicians not public and DEFINITELY NOT RELIGIOUS HEAD. As Christian for me it was very sad and i condemn the behaviour and doings of the catholic church in Kerala. I am of the strong opinion that the church should not be dragged into politics or support or oppose any political party, let alone doing things like showing movies which create communal harm. Kerala has a glorious history, tomorrow when the communal tensions n communalism increases, the Church will be accountable. The behaviour of the catholic Church heads are exactly opposite to the faith and teaching of the faith. It sends a very wrong message to the faithful.
