hello sir can you explain why the skirt carrying single fatta but the coat carrying the double fatta cause they are in one sintence

The double fat'a stands for.. n.. For example,, batann It brings out the nn sound in the sentence.. I hope that helps

a new coat -> undefinite, normally you would attach an "un" at the end. Because it is in accusative case and it is undefinite, you put a tanween fatha.

Can you use attached pronouns on Present Tense verbs also??? How would you write ( He wears it ) or (I wear it) present tense with attached pronoun in arabic script ??????

He wears it: يَلْبَسُهَا , for female noun things and يَلْبَسُهُ for male noun things ,because in arabic we have male and female nouns for things Hope helps you
