This is highly useful insight, thank you. I am prompted as a result to validate central emotions by going into them with a microscope, watching the interplay of the physical feeling component with the mental and parsing down as far as possible toward thr root of the emotion. Where it so badly comes unstuck is where memory fails or is blocked and so the mind is prevented from going all the way down the stem to the root. I would like to know what advice you may have for a person who needs to facilitate real not false memory in order to track his emotions to as deep a source as possible. I try talking it out but it does not get me all the way down where i need to get.
