You just asked for an amen, AMEN. 1 Thessalonians 5:23, Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. There it is black & white, our spirit is extremely important. Our spirit needs to rule our lives, not our souls (our flesh). Great message so far. Very nice you brought Isaiah 58 scripture to this message. I read the whole chapter. Good learning for me. Amen, fasting is definitely a form of worship leading to significant growth/maturity of one's spirit. I really appreciate your testimony. I agree that there are significant blessings as a result of any kind of fasting. Job Well Done Marcus.
