Looking good sir! Getting that reachback timing right will help big time and you will definitely break 400 ft if you get it. I think your main issue right now is with your posture. You have to be more athletic when you get into your brace. Bend your knees more and get your hips back when you go into your x-step. I think your throws yeet more to the right because you're bit too upright when you release the disc. Check this part from Overthrow video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rWW8Zad9nrWVnqMsi=gAOqk1f5I-9nx19O&t=239 They have more indepth video about that concept, but I can't find it. This series is nice though and helps me a lot. Keep it up!

Thank you for the comment! I will definitely take a look at that video and some others to see what positions I should be getting into for the brace, because I don't want to keep yeeting them to the right lol

My favorite timing trick is using music. Putting, driving, whatever Play a bit of your fav song in your head and launch to the beat. It'll ease nerves and keep you consistent

I like this tip! I think distance runners use a similar thing to get into a rhythm.

One thing I see recommend is keep your throwing shoulder on the same level as your off shoulder. It looks like from the power pocket onward, your throwing shoulder is elevated a little too high. I have this issue myself. You can still throw aerodynamic fairway drivers to get most of the distance, with more control, than the distance drivers. Flippy distance drivers have a place. I am a 300' backhand thrower and I've bagged a Wraith because it was more of a meat hook for me, and the reliability and added skip were reasons to use it. That said it was more of a utility disc for me. My "distance" drivers are 9-speeds now, and I use them for select shots.

Wow the improvement is crazy . Your recent vids and shorts have inspired me to start recording myself and working on my form . My throws can’t get past 300 unless I put it on roller . After looking back and seeing how crap my form is I wonder how far I will be able to throw after correcting my mistakes
