I feel like you were talking to me!!! I have been trying to understand the Hadith Qudsi you quoted and what the Spirit of God within us means... the past week or so, but especially more so today. I kept praying to Allah to guide me to help me make sense of it. I was about to fall asleep right now and then my fan was being weird, I felt like there was a presence around me and naturally got scared lol. Decided to get up and have a snack, opened KZbin and this video was one that stood out in my feed. And this feels like the answer to all the questions that were in my mind. I dont have any feelings anymore. I'm totally numb and flat. Nothing has changed or improved. Nothing has helped. Not therapy, not medicine, not meditation, not anything. Practicing Islam made me have intense OCD and be full of anxiety all the time. I'm awake but have no good feelings. Life is a blessing, but it's wasted on me. I don't believe it will ever change or get better. Too much trauma killed my heart. So I am lost and doomed to Hell. I listen to many of your videos, and I hear it, but yet this Walking Dead feeling continues unabated.

Aselamualeikum brother!!! I listened to it 3 times,because of my hogh interest.But ,you couldn't give us the hadith kuds you refer to for us to check it out...these methods are a turn off for me. pls give a referal to support your technics according to the chain of our prophet or Allah.
