If no one tells women how hard motherhood will be, some of the time, it's surely because they didn't regard a woman's autonomy as important enough on its own, without motherhood. They were so wrong.

32, always known, greatful for the choice thanks to birth control. Not political, my choice is very personal. Saw first hand how challenging parenthood is, had a trial run looking after my baby sister for a week on my own and loved it but know for sure i could never do it full time. Mental health, finances, worries about my body, no innate calling to do it are all factors in my decision. If i wasnt scared of surgery I'd get my tubes tied. My partner didn't get it at first (trad pagan) but he's really come around and gets it more now, he was ambivalent anyway and an only child, I'm the eldest of 4. Children should be 100% wanted. I'm really happy because growing up I was so frightened I'd be made to do it. I'm all good and accepting myself slowly 👍

No we don't. I dont want a child to come into a world full of suffering , pain, without security of anything. I dont want a child to know he or she will grow old, time flies, saying goodbye to people that he or she loves like grandma or grandpa , family or good friends. Or the possibility of getting cancer. Having a fatal accident , pay bills his or her whole life and so on and so on
