Its interesting that almost all communities had rituals and sacrifices as explained in Old Testament. But the last and ultimate sacrifice was the lamb of God.

Gentlemen, where do we draw the line between myths and reality? Humans all over the world are remarkably similar in their genetic make up. Agīkūyū people are not so unique as you teach us. We are part of the human race. The difference is very very minimal, almost insignificant, though every people have their own culture and beliefs. It would be better if we teach upcoming generations to embrace science, technology and modernity or we will forever be doomed to mediocrity. Believe me, u r genetically not so different from west Africans, Europeans, Asians....

I'm a doctor, so what about if you get sick? You get same medicine as a Mzungu, Arab, Asian, Kamba, Turkana, anybody. What if you need blood transfusion? You can get a blood donation from any human being. That's science, it debunks myths and tells us that we are all humans. The same science that debunks myths about gods and devils makes youtube and technology possible, that's why you are able to curse on youtube.

@@duncannjoroge3320 i am also highly educated in a very challenging futuristic field ...and unlike doctors who follow laid down procedures day in day out we actually do amazing things where brainstoming creates solutions , i respect surgeons to doctors but still, we are writing code to do surgeries coz procedures can be learnt by anyone... moving on swiftly culture isnt abt myth , culture is a way of a people...right now you seem to be westernised ...clearly you love foreign culture and look down upon your culture , as if we didnt have science , medicine and even surgery ,africans were doing c.s births and brain surgeries b4 wazungu got modern medicine from arabs and africans (watch moors history & learn).....africans even sanitised patients wounds while your wazungu patients died of infections , they didnt even have soap...they barely showered till juzi juzi ppl are similar bt heir way of life is different....for an 'educated' individual i expected you to get the essence of culture... friends in the medical field are very stressed peopple , some commit scuicide while others take drugs...go to any medical dept of any university uskie...now th westernised wazungu culure is individualistic and self centerd and ppl are cold to each other hence drugs, alcholism, scuicides, rape, chokoraas ,crime are prevalent....our culture prevented all this...nw thats a simple explanation , a tip of the iceberg to rubbish your foreign mzungu infested mind i used the doctor's example coz i know you can relate or have seen it in your circle....

Highly educated? Unlikely. Have u realized more science illiterate people tend to be more superstitious?

Japanese still go to their shrines for Shintoism. Being educated doesn't mean you label your culture as "backward" Njoroge, be ashamed of yourself please
