I really like watching your videos because they are very relaxing to watch with all of the beautiful scenery. I am retired US Navy and I enjoyed watching Pete turning the boat around in the canal using the bow thruster, the rudder and the engine. That was a very impressive bit of shiphandling! I’d love to learn more about the technical aspects (engine hp, bow thruster hp, what your rudder looks like) of your canal boat, but I have not watched all of your videos yet and you may have covered that in your earlier videos. Keep making these excellent videos!

Up until now it had slightly annoyed me that we are so far behind in editing our footage, but now it’s lovely to be reminded of much warmer times. Great vlog guys, and the foxton Locks, yes we have done this many years ago when we were living in the UK, used to hire boats every year for a holiday, but then it was never a holidays as its hard work, but very enjoyable.. We are now living in Adelaide South Australia, and watch quite a few utubers..... love your channel thanks for utubing... keep up the good work..

Lamp is magnetic , it will stick to the roof no need for crew to stand holding it !

We were worried about it falling off, and also had to aim it slightly up and it doesn’t have an adjustable mount, so we thought holding it would be the best option. Thanks for watching 😊

Lovely to watch this video. Sitting inside here in the Midwest (Illinois) while it's raining / sleeting and soon will be snowing. (1 to 3 inches of the 'nice' white stuff) Sure not boating weather for us anymore. Lakes / rivers have a bit of ice on them. Hope the 'crew' and you two have a lovely safe and Merry Christmas. That was a beautiful cruise. The canal and surroundings looked very nice. Loved seeing green every where and hearing birdsong. Jasper helping Pete navigate at the tiller ❤. I know you both must be happy that you were able to share part of this adventure with him. I know the weather is far different now, but it is a nice respite from the cold and snow. Hi Kathy, yes we are on the Llangollen canal for the winter, and I have to say it was lovely editing that summer video as we sat in negative temperatures! It’s lovely to see all the green isn’t it, and Jasper sitting up in his spot with his Dad ❤️

It's mid Winter and you're still Vlogging in shorts and tee shirts. It's time to bring it up to date. Neither of you strike me as being Winter boaters. I can't see frosts, snow and frozen canals being your thing, so I'd be interested to see how you cope, if at all.
