South Africa used them in the 80s in Angola and Namibia. Because of its tight tolerances it wasn't so sooted for the desert sand. We started using R5 in 556 after the 80s. Still highly rated by all the men that survived during that time.

Have ya considered the Prism sights from Primary arms? Seems heavy with the LPVO for me if I were to hold your gun. Groupings may not be the complete best but it’s a 30cal. Compared to 556, you are gonna be laying down a lot more hate lol

Try when dropping a mag, pull out the new one, put the empty one back into the pouch where you took the knew one from. Just for some practice is all. Not trying to tell you what to do, just giving feedback. Keep up the work.
