It seems a very cool Mugen. However I would change some things like take out some characters, specially the last two ones. Also add the 102 hit banner in the xiang fei's special moves. Modify some special moves, the fonts, and the most special thing, the damage balance. I don't like the few damage of some movements. The characters resist a lot of attacks, making the fights kinda boring and monotonous. I like the kof98 balance, which requires more strategy, timing and accuracy to attack and make combos. I would see a kof Mugen with that damage treatment. In everything else I find this version very well done. Keep it up.
