If we have to run PSF On Dyed 100percent on dyed is very difficult to process at carding and other process, lapping problem will be there but dope dyed PSF fibre have no problem for spinning.

Why lapping occured in roller in melange process.

When there is a process of on dying during dyeing of polyester fibers Oligomers formation is on higher side thus causing problems in spinning and these are taken care by addition of antistatic agent.
