It is literally in the job description to be friendly, greet customers, remember to smile, etc.. most guys understand this isn't an invitation, but some just misinterpret being personable with being flirty or inerested. Its SO awkward when a customer "makes a move" and honestly creepy. What was friendly banter is now totally awkward because you are still forced to talk to and interact with the guy.
