DEAR FRIENDS, HERE I SHARE THIS CONCERT OF ONE OF THE BEST OLD TIME LEGENDARY QUARTETS, THIS QUARTET STARTED IN THE 20´S AND 30´S, AND IT´S STILL PRAISING THE LORD. OBVIOUSLY THE MEMBERS HAVE BEEN CHANGING FOR THE PASSING YEARS, BUT THEY HAVE BESTOWED A GREAT LEGACY TO CHRISTIAN MUSIC IN MORE THAN 30 LANGUAGES, OVER A 100 ALBUMS. THERE ISN´T AND THERE WOULD NEVER BE ANOTHER QUARTET ABLE TO RECORD CHRISTIAN MUSIC IN MORE THAN 30 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES LIKE THIS GROUP: THE KING´S HERALDS, LOS HERALDOS DEL REY, OS ARAUTOS DO REI, ETC...

I met the KHQ at General Conference 2009. It was good to see a Black singer in the group- something which had never before happened . His name is Russell Hospedalis, a Trinidadian. He had composed some of their songs and was a breath of fresh air. Sadly , he doesn't seem to be in the present group. Heaven will be comprised of many nations!
