We don't pronounce angel's names out loud because it is considered as if we summon them yo do things for us. This is forbidden by the Kabbalah, because when is angel is called by his name, he must appear in front of the person calling upon him. And when he realizes that he was called in vain, he might take a revenge. (This is one of the explanations).
