The King & The Magical Quilt - A Tale of Kindness

A short video for kids age 1-5 loosely based on the brilliant book "The Quiltmaker’s Gift" by Jeff Brumbeau. In Jeff Brumbeau's children's story The Quiltmaker's Gift, the quiltmaker uses her skill to make beautiful quilts that she gives away to poor people. The king has lots of possessions, but none of them make him happy. The quiltmaker makes a quilt for him, and his life is changed.
Our short video touches on these things, cementing the spiritual idea that God is Good. Acts of generosity and kindness include offering your time, love, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness to others. It's about having an open heart and a willingness to share the blessings you have received, recognizing that everything ultimately comes from God.
